Referrals are simple. Either by web form, fax or telephone, minimal information is needed to begin the process. Business members can also be directed to a web page to complete the referral themselves.
Within one business day, Sterling’s account manager will contact your business member, analyze their processing needs, and complete a pricing analysis and account application.
Our proprietary online application allows your members to complete the process and review and sign the application electronically.
New accounts are usually approved the same day and equipment sent within 24 hours. Sterling’s relationship manager supports your business member through the entire process.
Throughout the new account process, your credit union receives updates. For all new accounts, a bonus is paid to your credit union, along with residual payments based on account margin. Monthly reporting is provided on all merchant members.
